These exclusive residences with water views are set in lovely leafy gardens and have their own entrance, hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms (one queen size, one double), bathroom, and fully equipped modern kitchen. Each is fully furnished with antiques and modern comforts including Austar and Wireless Broadband Internet. Snacks and breakfast cereals are provided, as is all linen. There is a shared guest laundry and also off-street parking.

Positioned majestically at the apex of Hobart City, Sandy Bay and Battery Point, Eden House is close to all of the attractions that Hobart and surrounds have to offer. Salamanc Square and Place with its historic sandstone and bluestone buildings incorporating some of Hobarts finest dining venues as well as unique and interesting shops; the Sullivans Cove waterfront, with river cruising and again, dining experiences (double-decker bus tours of the city depart from here). Museums and CBD shopping are adjacent. Of course, the popular Wrest Point Casino with its entertainment and restaurants is only a 15 minute walk or a few minutes drive away.
